CASE STUDY


Client: Leading European mobile games company


Date: 2005-2009

 

Brief: GIC was tasked with facilitating a fund raising for a rapidly growing privately held mobile games business. 


Time frame: 12 months


Deliverables: GIC worked closely with the client’s board to prepare a detailed database of international institutional and trade investors with mobile and games experience, identifying the most suitable investment executives within each firm and their investment mandates and recent investment activity. In parallel, GIC helped to fine-tune the client’s growth strategy, collated relevant market and competitor information and helped put together a detailed information memorandum, executive summary, financial model, investor presentation and due diligence check list.

 

Result: The client has successfully raised substantial finance from a number of institutional and trade investors during several funding rounds.
